In the Qur'an, the term asmaul husna is mentioned four times in Surat Al A'raf verse 180, Al Isra 'verse 110, Thaha verse 8 and Al Hasyr verse 24. Here is the translation:
Just belong to Allah as husbands, then beg him by calling the asmaul husna and leave those who deviate from the truth in (mention) His names. Then they will be rewarded for what they did. (QS Al A'raf: 180)
Say: "Call on Allah or call on the Beneficent. With whatever name you call, He has asmaul husna (the best names) and do not harden your voice in your prayers and do not humiliate them and seek the middle path between the two. " (QS. Al Isra ': 110)
